Hi there and blessings! I am so glad that you have stopped in to check out my page. I am Jennifer Enders, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services in Arizona. I graduated with my B.S. degree in Psychology in 2001 and my M.A. degree in Counseling in 2006. I have over 21 years of experience providing mental health services. I I am a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher and love to also bring this into my work.

I have a person-centered approach and value the importance of a good therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness Practices as part of my therapeutic interventions. I am inclusive and consider myself an ally to others of various backgrounds and experiences. My favorite thing is to provide a safe space to feel seen and heard in a non-judgmental space.

I enjoy working with adults and believe the therapeutic relationship is what is most important. I provide counseling to clients that are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, adjustments-changes-transitions, low self-esteem and self-worth, troubles with relationships, communication, boundaries, burnout, stress and overwhelm, chronic medical issues, compassion fatigue, and I like to consider myself a therapist of therapists. I love to help guide people to feel like the best version of themselves.
